Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within Singapore only. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Singapore after arriving from Vietnam.

If you're outside Singapore and interested in our products, reach out to support@beyond-local.com — we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Orders above SGD 100 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Exact shipping costs are displayed before you confirm payment — there are no surprise fees at delivery.

Delivery Timelines

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery within Singapore takes 10–14 business days once dispatched.

Pre-order items ship according to the estimated arrival date shown on the product page. We will email you with updates if timelines change.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status by logging in to your account.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Returns

  • We do not offer general returns or refunds for change of mind. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item received is defective or if it was fulfilled incorrectly (e.g. wrong size or item sent).
  • To initiate a return under these circumstances, email support@beyond-local.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item, or a replacement will be arranged.
  • We cover return shipping costs only when the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges where stock is available. Email us as soon as possible — we'll check availability and walk you through the process. Exchange items are dispatched once the original item is received back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@beyond-local.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
