By accessing or purchasing from beyond-local.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
BeyondLocal is an online retailer based in Singapore, curating fashion from independent Vietnamese designers. For enquiries, contact us at support@beyond-local.com.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices shown at the time of your order are final for that transaction.
We take care to display product images and descriptions accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We are not liable for minor variations in colour or texture.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payments are processed securely through Airwallex. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayNow, and GrabPay. We do not store card details.
We ship within Singapore only. Delivery timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
We do not offer general returns or refunds for change of mind. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item received is defective or if it was fulfilled incorrectly (e.g. wrong size or item sent).
To initiate a return under these circumstances, email support@beyond-local.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item, or a replacement will be arranged.
We cover return shipping costs only when the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated arrival dates are indicative and may change. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours after placing. After that, standard return terms apply.
All content on this site — including images, copy, logos, and design — is owned by BeyondLocal or its suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, BeyondLocal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
